KEEPERS
Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026
Keepers helps you organize cards, compare favorites, and collect with people you know. This policy explains the information we use and the sharing choices you control.
Information you provide
We process account and profile information, collection and want-list details, rankings, messages, and images you submit. Purchase costs, personal estimates, certificate numbers, and private notes are kept out of public profiles and Circle sharing. Authorized administrators can access stored information to support the service and investigate problems.
Your sharing choices
Owned cards are private by default. You can choose which cards, stories, and collecting interests to share with your Circle or through a public profile or link. Anyone with access to shared content may save a copy of it. A private card photo becomes a public catalog image only through a separate submission and approval process. You can change your sharing settings and request image withdrawal.
How information is used
We use information to save and sync your collection, provide card and price information, enable sharing and trades, troubleshoot errors, and protect accounts. Technical information such as request times, device/browser information, and error logs may be processed when you use the site.
Beta measurements and estimate reports
First-party measurements count visits, signups, cards added, completed searches, searches with no results, and whether estimated values are available. Signed-in measurements use your account ID internally; guest measurements use a random browser-session ID. Administrators see a weekly aggregate dashboard. These measurement events do not contain search text, card identities, collection values, purchase costs, or private notes.
If you report an estimate, we save the card, grade, value and model details displayed to you, together with your reason and any optional note, suggested value or evidence link. Reports are private to you and authorized reviewers. You can view or withdraw them. Withdrawal preserves review history; deleting your private collection also removes your estimate reports and their review history. A report is not treated as a confirmed sale and does not automatically change an estimate or train the pricing model. Avoid including contact, payment or other sensitive information in a report.
Service providers and optional identification
We use service providers for sign-in, hosting, storage, and optional card identification. They process information needed to provide those services. Photo identification requires your consent before photos are sent for identification; it does not identify faces or authenticate or grade a card. Keepers does not save identification-session photos as collection or catalog images. Saving a collection photo is a separate action.
Browser storage
Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, sample collections, preferences, and cards saved on your device. Browser-session storage also holds a measurement ID and, if you sign in to report an estimate, the displayed estimate draft so you can continue after sign-in. A device-only collection will not sync until it is imported into an account. Clearing browser storage can remove unsynced cards; export a backup first.
Retention and your choices
Collection and account information is retained to provide the service. Backups, sale evidence, review history, and security records may remain for integrity, support, and legal needs, including after content is removed from an active view. Archiving a card or resetting a collection is not a request to erase all records. You can export your collection, change sharing settings, or contact us to request access, correction, account deletion, or content removal. We may need to verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained.
