Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Keepers. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy. Contact support@keeperscards.co with questions.
Your account and collection
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. You are responsible for checking card identities, versions, grades, and details you submit. Device-only cards are your responsibility to back up.
Card information and estimated values
Catalog information, sale history, and estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate and may change. “Keepers estimated value” identifies a modeled value, not a completed sale or an offer to buy your card. Values are before selling fees and shipping and are not financial advice, appraisals, authentication, condition assessments, or guarantees of a sale price.
Your content and photos
You retain your rights in content you submit. Submit only content you own or have permission to use. You give Keepers permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the features you choose. Private uploads do not authorize public catalog use. If you separately submit an image for public catalog use and it is approved, you permit Keepers to display it on the relevant catalog pages. You can request withdrawal; copies already saved by others or retained in backups may remain.
Sharing and trades
Share only information you want the selected audience to see. Keepers records trade proposals and confirmations; collectors arrange verification, payment, shipping, and disputes themselves. An agreement or completion confirmation does not establish authenticity or verify that payment or shipping occurred.
Acceptable use
Do not submit fraudulent listings or stolen content, harass others, bypass access controls, expose another person’s private information, or interfere with the service. We may remove content or restrict access when necessary to address misuse, rights complaints, or security problems.
Availability and responsibility
Keepers is provided as available and without a promise of uninterrupted service or error-free information. Keep your own backups and independently verify important purchase and trade decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and contact
Features and these terms may change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date. For support, complaints, or content removal requests, contact support@keeperscards.co.
